Yes! Reception food needs to be provided by a licensed and insured caterer. If you’d like help finding quality local vendors, send us a note.
While our license does not allow any outside alcohol to be brought onto the property, we have a variety of bar options for you to choose from. Contact us for a price list!
You have access to eight 14-foot long farmhouse tables that seat 10-14 guests each, and 25 60-inch round tables that seat 8-10 guests each. We have 350 wood crossback chairs, and you are free to choose your own reception layout. A round pedestal cake table, small marble-top cake table, four large antique wood tables, two 8-foot buffet tables, and six whiskey barrels are also included, and you can use them however you like!
You can choose from a variety of candleholders, vases, lanterns, greenery, table linens, runners, chargers, and more. Our inventory is always growing, and we offer packages and full-service decorating. Send us a message to get the full list.
When you arrive, your tables and chairs will be arranged as determined during our planning meeting prior to your big day. If you choose to rent tablecloths, they will be on the tables and ready for decorating as well. During teardown, we ask that you take your belongings, décor, flowers, and leftover food with you, and help us get the trash collected and taken outside to our trash area. We handle the rest!
For a single-day package on a Friday or Saturday, we unlock the doors at 9:00 AM and close at 12:00 AM. Sunday starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 11:00 PM. For a Friday-Saturday package, Friday doors are open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Last call is at 11:00 PM (10:00 PM on Sundays) and the music will be turned down at this time. The remaining hour is reserved for packing up.
The prep kitchen includes a commercial fridge and icemaker, 3-bay sink, microwave, and extensive counter space. All food needs to be prepared ahead of time, and caterers are responsible for bringing everything they need to serve your guests.

New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, the Fourth of July, and the Sundays of Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends are listed at the Saturday rate. Memorial Day and Labor Day (Mondays) are at the Friday rate. Eagle Bluff Ranch will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Easter.
